About Our Founder

First and foremost, I acknowledge the incredible courage it takes to consider a career change, especially for teachers who have dedicated so much time and energy to the profession.

Deciding to step away from a role you love and that has made such a positive impact is no small feat. It takes heart and bravery to consider new paths for your future.

At KL Neeson Coaching, we explore these possibilities together, ensuring the best outcomes from your career moves.

I began my teaching journey in 2002, with roles including class teacher, Head of Department, SENDCO, assistant headteacher, and safeguarding lead.

Since my first son was born in 2004, I often thought about leaving the education profession for a better work-life balance.

By 2022, I was burnt out, and my family needed me more than ever. This need gave me the momentum I needed and I successfully transitioned out of the classroom.

Frustrated with the lack of support for transitioning teachers, I designed this service to help you. My passion for supporting teachers comes from my own journey, understanding the emotional and practical hurdles you face.
