A message from Kelly ...

First and foremost, I want to acknowledge the extraordinary strength you have as a teacher.

You've poured years of dedication, energy, and heart into a profession that’s both demanding and deeply meaningful.

Teaching in 2025 is harder than it’s ever been. The system feels broken, support is limited, and the pressure is relentless. But while you may not be able to fix the system, you can focus on rebuilding yourself emotionally, mentally, and professionally.

That’s where I come in.

I began my teaching career in 2002 and worked in roles including class teacher, Head of Department, SENDCO, Assistant Head, and Safeguarding Lead. Like many, I gave everything to the job - but over time, the cost became too high. After my first son was born in 2004, the pull for a better work-life balance never left me. Still, I kept going… until burnout finally caught up with me in 2022.

I was emotionally exhausted, and my family needed me more than ever. That moment gave me the clarity and the push to step away from the classroom and into something new.

But what struck me most was how little support there was for teachers like you and me, people who were struggling, stuck, and silently breaking down behind a brave face.

So I built what I couldn’t find...

KL Neeson Coaching is a space for teachers to pause, breathe, and find themselves again. Whether you want to leave teaching entirely or reignite your passion for the classroom, I’m here to guide you. My work is about helping you move from: surviving to rebuilding, and ultimately to thriving

on your own terms.

You deserve more than just “coping.” You deserve a life where you feel whole, valued, and energised... in or beyond the classroom.

You’re not alone anymore. And there’s a path forward.
