Accessibility
Last reviewed: October 2026
I want everyone to be able to use this website and work with me comfortably, whatever their needs. This page explains what I've done so far, where there are still gaps, and how to ask for anything you need.
What I've done
The website is being rebuilt page by page with accessibility in mind. The new pages aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. They are designed so that you can:
- read text with strong contrast against the background
- zoom in up to 200% without content being cut off
- use the website on a phone or tablet as easily as on a computer
- move around the menus and pages using only a keyboard, with a clear outline showing where you are
- use a screen reader, with clear headings, labelled links and descriptions for images
- read content written in plain English
Where there are still gaps
I'm honest about what isn't perfect yet:
- Some older pages haven't been rebuilt yet and may not meet the same standard.
- Some documents, such as older downloads, are PDFs, which can be harder to use with assistive technology.
- Some services are provided by other companies, such as the booking calendar, Zoom and payment pages. I choose them carefully, but I can't control how accessible they are.
If any of these get in your way, please tell me and I'll find another way to help.
Working with me
Coaching should work for you. If something would make sessions easier, such as a different format, more time, breaks, written notes, or having your camera off, just let me know. You don't need to explain why.
Ask for something in another format, or tell me about a problem
Email [email protected] and tell me what you need, or which page caused a problem.
I'll reply within five working days.
