Your membership renews automatically each year unless cancelled before your renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you'll keep access until the end of your current paid period. If you rejoin later, you'll pay the membership price at that time.

Questions
How does the founder price work?
As a founding member you pay £99 a year, and that price stays locked in for as long as your membership continues. From 11 October the price rises to £150, then to £200 from 18 October, and to the standard price of £250/year from 25 October. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll pay the membership price at that time.
How does billing work?
Your membership is an annual subscription. It renews automatically each year unless you cancel before your renewal date.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You can cancel through your Stripe customer portal or by emailing [email protected].
What happens when I cancel?
Cancelling stops future renewals. You'll keep full access until the end of your current paid membership period.
You're welcome to rejoin at any time, at the membership price in place when you rejoin. The founder price is only available while your founding membership continues.
What does it mean that Helix is in beta?
Helix is the Lab's AI-powered career coach and is still being developed. It's available to members now, and it will keep improving over time, shaped in part by the experience of early members.
What's available in the Lab right now?
You'll get the Reflect, Rebrand, Relaunch pathway, CV templates, recorded trainings and tools including the interview example generator and values card sort, plus Helix and the monthly live mentorship sessions. Many more tools are being added, and founding members get each one as it launches.
How do the live mentorship sessions work?
Each month there's a 90-minute live group mentorship session on Zoom. If you can't attend live, the recording is available inside the Lab.
Is there a refund if it's not right for me?
Yes. If you decide the Lab isn't for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of joining for a full refund.
Is there a monthly option?
A monthly membership at £39/month, cancel any time, will be available later in the launch. The founder price is annual only.
Are my Helix conversations private?
You log in to Helix with your email address. Your conversations are saved so you can pick up where you left off, and they can only be accessed by logging in with your email. See our Privacy Policy for more on how your data is handled.
