You get 3 hours of 1:1 coaching a month, across two sessions, for three months. Between sessions you can contact me by email or WhatsApp, and I aim to reply within 24 hours.
Yes. The Full Career Transition Programme is £945, which you can pay in one go or as 3 monthly payments of £315. I accept credit and debit cards and Apple Pay, and Klarna is available.
That’s completely normal, and it’s where we start. The Career Clarity Session looks at your experience, transferable skills and priorities to begin narrowing down the roles and sectors that suit you. The Full Programme begins with the Reflect stage, where we identify and refine your target roles together.
Yes. If you book a Career Clarity Session and then decide to join the Full Career Transition Programme, the £99 is credited towards the programme cost.
You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date you sign your coaching agreement, during which you can cancel without giving a reason.
There is also a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, within the first 30 days of your programme, you have fully engaged by attending your sessions, completing the agreed tasks and making reasonable efforts to put the guidance into practice, and you feel you have received no value, you can request a full refund.

If you complete the full three-month Career Transition Programme and have not secured a new role by the end of the programme, you can continue to receive accountability support at no additional cost until you secure a new role.
The guarantee applies only to the full Career Transition Programme package. It does not apply to individual sessions, partial packages or other programmes.
To qualify for continued support, you must:
The guarantee is designed to support clients who are actively working towards their career transition. It does not guarantee that you will receive or accept an offer of employment within a particular timeframe.
If you have not secured a new role by the end of the three months, you will receive ongoing accountability check-ins at no additional cost.
Accountability support includes at least one hour of coaching/check-in time each month. This may be provided as one session or split across two shorter sessions, together with reasonable support between sessions. Check-ins follow the usual scheduling, cancellation and no-show terms in my coaching agreement.
There is no obligation to continue with accountability support and you can stop at any time.
If you choose to pause the complimentary accountability support for more than eight consecutive weeks, the guarantee will end. If you later wish to restart accountability support, this will be available at the rates applicable at that time.
For reference, current accountability rates are £80 per month for one monthly check-in or £150 per month for two monthly check-ins.
These conditions apply only to the complimentary accountability period following completion of the three-month programme and do not affect your rights during the paid programme or your statutory consumer rights.
For the purposes of this guarantee, you secure a new role when you accept an offer of employment or engagement. Please let me know when this happens; the guarantee will then end.
The guarantee is intended for clients who remain actively engaged. I may end the guarantee if you:
Before ending the guarantee, I will tell you in writing and give you 14 days to re-engage.
The Career Transition Programme is designed to run over three months. In some circumstances, we may agree together to extend the programme period to provide additional support or flexibility.
Where an extension is agreed, the Career Transition Support Guarantee begins once the full programme has been completed, rather than three months from the original start date. There is no additional charge where I have agreed to extend the programme in this way.
